Akakus Oil Operations Company invites all specialized and competent companies in providing contaminated sand treatment services to participate in the pre-qualification process.
The participant must have the required technical and financial resources and submit the completed pre-qualification documents to Akakus Oil Operations Company in accordance with the provisions of this announcement as follows:
The legal file.
The financial file.
File of health, safety, environment, and quality.
The technical file includes (a technical summary, experience, resume, etc.).

General Requirements

  1. Contractor’s Qualifications:

    • Evidence of relevant projects, particularly in similar environmental conditions.
  2. Personnel:
    • Qualified personnel with medical clearance and certifications aligned with Company protocols.
  3. HSE Standards:
    • Strict adherence to local, international, and Company-specific health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements for Offers

  1. Technical Offer:
    • Detailed project plan including scope acceptance, company profile, certifications, organizational structure, past experience, equipment lists, and quality manuals.
  2. Commercial Offer:
    • Separate sealed submission post-technical evaluation, detailing costs for personnel, equipment, logistics, fuel, treatment, and reporting.

Acceptance Criteria

Company will evaluate proposals based on technical and commercial soundness. Selected proposals may undergo further negotiation.

Deliverables

  1. Monthly progress reports and a comprehensive final report for trial phases.
  2. Training completion certification for AOO personnel.
  3. Treatment outcomes in compliance with local/international standards.
